Thaler offers three high quality, precision Analog-to-Digital Converter
models with resolutions from 16- to 26-bits. These converters offer superior
performance to the best DC meters on the market for a fraction of the price.
They are perfect for embedded DC measurement solutions. All ADCs include a precision internal reference, crystal clock and
microprocessor. The only support circuitry is an external integration
capacitor. Features include autozero, 2 ppm nonlinearity error over the
operating temperature range and 0.5ppm/oC
scale factor error.
The ADC100 is the base model while the ADC150 offers software selectable resolutions and input pins. The ADC180 is designed for is continuous sampling applications such as inertial guidance.
| Model | Resolution (Bits) | Data Conversion | Conversion Rate (msec) |
Total Error |
|
| ADC100 | 22 | On Demand | 320 | 0.0005% | FeaturesBase Model |
| ADC150 | 18 - 24 | On Demand | 4 - 1067 | 0.0003% | Software Programmable |
| ADC180 | 13 - 26 | Continuous | 0.25 - 2048 | 0.0003% | No Lost Input Data When Conversion Run |
| Complete evaluation system for 100 Series ADCs. Saves time and lowers development costs. The evaluation boards are also beneficial for in-house troubleshooting of systems that utilize the ADC100 series of converters. The ACE100 includes PCB, cables, precision references and software. |
